I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 with Win ME as OS Word 2000 used to work fine but now it wont start the program. Begins to start then crashes ends up "not responding" after ctrl,alt,del. Reinstalled ME and Word 2000 no help. AAAAAAAAHHHH Please help !!!!

You might try downloading the service pack for Office 2000. There is a plethora of fixes that were addressed. Check it out here.   HopeThisHelps,    -me-
