Comment:
I currently have Windows Me on my hard drive and I am going to buy a 80gig 150ATA serial hard drive. I would like to know if I can put Windows XP on that drive and switch between the two. I want to keep Windows Me on the current hard drive since I have so much stuff on that drive and everything runs well. Is there a program that switches the two and can this be done.

Thanks is advance.

When you install WinXP it will give the option to keep the original Windows installation. At bootup, you will be able to start in one or the other - no additional software required

Yes that's right, XP will install itself on the D: drive and create a boot.ini file for you to choose which OS you want at start-up.

Thanks for your advice. Is there a device that will switch from one hard drive to another.
