I'm a little confused. I had a 650 Mhz LT. it had a cd rom and a floopy disk drives. but u could only have one installed in the LT at a time. in order to have them both on the LT I had to purchase a special cable (which I didn't get). so I had to install windows 95 from diskettes on to the LT then install the drivers for the cd rom drive. once this was done, from the cd rom drive in windows I installed Win ME without a problem and the LT works GREAT. the version of ME I had was the full install version. I even installed it on a brand new HD. so I'am I missing something?
It was more of a statement. I read in one of the other forums that u can't use a full version to upgrade an older os system but it worked for me. so I was wondering if I missed something. thanks for your thoughts
