Wierd Tracer Lines Across my Screen

I came home and on my screen anything that is anything cause dim lines to be places across my screen. Especially black lines and words or pictures. They all shoot out on both sides like a faded super shadow. Im wondering what this is and need help fast. Im finishing up artwork for my album and now i can't tell what colors are really what.. its such a pain thats for the help
