What's shell acess? I have an 5mb account of webspace with my isp and it's www.domain.com/~username and I have my ftp pass for ~username so is that shell access??

you probably have ftp access. Shell access i think can only be obtained via unix or linux. I really dont know i just remember having a shell acount way back when to access the internet with my 14.4 motorola at the office.
