What is Zupdate.exe in ME

Having problems with exe files so I fdisk and formatted hard drive and the problem still happens. Look at start up and have two files which I am wondering about. Does anyone know what b3dupdate is it says the exe is "Zupdate.exe -silent" then the second part says "-s setup.cab" and the other is TkBellExe the file is "evntsvc.exe -osboot" What are these things and how do I get them out or are they needed? Have an up to date virus scanner as well

evntsvc.exe is a application used with Real Player, and probaly used to start it up when ever you boot. I imagine the other is likewise. It is a programs update application. I have Ezupdate.exe for System Suite program. Doesn't sound like you did a good "Clean Install" though?
