I can't find anything by searching the net.
Perhaps more information will help...

Go to START - RUN - type MSCONFIG - OK - START UP. This shows what is loaded at start-up. There may be something in there that indicates what this is.

An alternative would be to download and run a free program that list the start up items....

HijackThis prog http://www.spywareinfo.com/

HijackThis info site http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/

HijackThis examines certain key areas of the Registry and Hard Drive and lists their contents. These are areas which are used by both legitimate programmers and hijackers. It's up to you to decide what should be removed. Some items are perfectly fine. You should not remove them. Never remove everything. Doing that could leave you with missing items needed to run legitimate programs and add-ins. This Page will help you work with the Experts to clean up your system. For those of you needing instructions on how to Copy and Paste the contents of a text file into a Forum Post, please look at the Table of Contents. A link to the instructions is included.

If you can't find anything wrong with what this program reveals, you can copy and paste the details here for someone else to spot the rogue.

A good anti-spyware program that is free and can also find other bugs is SPYBOT...
Spybot Search & Destroy

http://security.kolla.de/
Windows 95/98 (I have it on Win ME)
64 MB memory recommended

Windows 2000/XP Full function on admin account only
Win Millennium appears to have no restrictions

Finds and allows to delete spyware.
Also has tools to delete sensitive files so they can't be recovered. There is a HOSTS file which (if installed) will kill pop-ups and prevent other intrusions, but you will have to read about the program.

send son to bed with no dinner & THEN change BIOS to require a bootup password. Power the PC off when you are not using it. Son will cry a lot but your PC will stay healthy.

Pacsportal has the answer.....

http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_pages/startup_m.php

MotiveSB MotiveSB.exe The same as Motive SmartBridge....

Motive SmartBridge mpbtn.exe System tray icon for the Virtual Assistant from AT&T Broadband , used to communicate internet problems via the network rather than telephone. Available via desktop shortcut or Start -> Programs - not required

Pacsportal lists the items in the start up menu that can be disabled to help the PC stay stable and run faster.
