What is IETOP100.DLL?

The subject file is related somehow to IE6 and kept causing it to crash when I went to certain MSN groups. IEXPLORE.exe kept getting an invalid page fault in the DLL file. I simply removed it and the crashes have ceased. I just want to know if any knew what exactly this DLL is used for?

Well, all I find out is that it's ID's as some type of Non-MS IE Helper Module. Simply removing it fixed my problem w/ IE6. Any other browser I used before loaded the problem sites w/o trouble, BTW.
