Could someone please tell me what a startup disc is? When I downgraded IE, my computer won't boot. Everyone is telling me to use the "startup disc" and I have absolutely no idea what it is or how to get it.
I would really appreciate anyone's help. Thank you!

it is a diskete that makes you to start in Msdos promt , so can format or execute a program from there . See ya!

you can go to www.startupdisk.com or www.rebootdisk.com choose you platform and put it ina diskete then insert it when you turno on your machine

or you can make one yourself. put a floppy in and go to control panel, add/remove programs, startup disk. click on create disk and windows will do the rest. even if you never use it, it's a must to have just in case.
