I have a 952 AMD Athlon @ 128 mb ram and a TNT2. I just updated my tnt2 driver I think from nvidia.com by changing adapter. I didn't really notice a difference in games except for a more solid fps from a 30-70 switching back very frequently, to a now 40fps.

The best drivers for the TNT 2 cards were the 5.xx series (going above that they've been optimized for the GForce).
The latest - 12.41's are WHQL certified and provide DX8 support, but again, not optimized for the TNT 2...
