I have a strange Windows ME start up problem. If anyone has any advice, that would be great... I am not all that experienced with ME troubleshooting.
The computer starts up as usual, runs scandisk, asks me to log onto the network. It makes my network connections, then (before any icons or desktop features are loaded) the mouse and hourglass icons freeze and I cannot do anything, except hit the on/off button.
Any advice of where to start? I would REALLY appreciate it!
