I keep getting this error code Fatal Error 0D:0167:BFFB9AFC and windows will not load. I tried a system restore and it say "failed" I tried to all the restore point that i had, and they were all "failed" and now, i can't even go into Safe Mode. RIght when i start my PC it will go blank and black and then this blue screen with that error code appears, and nothing else is happening. I would appreciate any kind of help so i can finally get into windows and at least save all my data files. Thank you!!

Can you boot from a floppy to a dos screen to then start ms dos editor? have a look in sysytem.ini files and win.ini files to see if there are any added texts on the first few lines.
they should look like this:

system.ini looks like this, pay particular attention to the line where it says shell=explorer.exe >>that is all that line should say:

"Didn't work" doesn't tell us much - what actually happened - any other error message?

Has this boot disk worked before (maybe try another)?

You may need to change the boot order in the BIOS so that the floppy drive is first

You have to be able to start the machine somehow - if you can't, you may have a hardware problem (memory perhaps)
