Comment: After connecting to my ISP I cannot get any web pages to load even though it says I am connected to the internet.Do I need to reload IE or what? Thanks.

Reply: (edit)Bobby, If that post doesnt apply i dont know what it could be. newgrl's advice directly addresses a damaged winsock key. If the troubleshooting steps didnt help it might be time to call microsoft. You might want to tell them the link to that article and explain that the advice there did not work for you.
