funny thing is i reformat my pc and still i have this problem, if anyone knows how to fix this problem i thank him from befor.NB

MEthink that stuff is about normal. Only answer i have on "2 providers" is System.ini entry. My log is way below.
[drivers32]
VIDC.IV31=ir32_32.dll
VIDC.IV32=ir32_32.dllWBEM hidden setting
First, type MSINFO32 into the Run box & when its fired up click TOOLS on the menu.
Click WMI Control, the last entry, & then Backup/Restore tab.If this is your 1st visit
it'll say AUTOMATICALLY BACKUP EVERY...30 MINUTES. Changed mine to 24 HOURS (the max)
Weeks later, using "whats this" help found U could just remove the check & turn it off. Hit apply & U'll get a dire warning but I've run long time, no ill effects. This SHOULD minimize WBEM's impact.FYI:
WBEM stands for Web-Based Enterprise Management, a system for remote computer access. WMI is the Windows version of WBEM and stands for Windows Management Instrumentation. WBEM is intended for use by system administrators, people who manage a large number of computers on a network.
WBEM is installed on WinME/2000/XP by default. Even though WBEM is intended for use mainly on corporate networks, it's still installed on "Home" versions of Windows. While the default settings for WBEM limit access to your computer, there's no reason to have it installed on a non-networked system.
Removing WBEM on WinME is more difficult. WBEM on WinME has no uninstall & there is no documentation for doing so.. It's linked with PCHealth, which is linked with WinME Help and the System Information program. If you uninstall PCHealth you can remove WBEM but you'll lose the functionality of Help and System Information. "DON'T DO THAT!"

NO MORE ENTRYz since turned off!Onward to the APOCALYPSE!

Hi B CERT
Do you think that a software like registry and dll fix, will fix this problem?
I saw some good stuff but I am not sure if I can say the name here, cause they say it fixes all dll and registry missing or leftovers from programs that are no longer in use. anyway if you know some good stuff let me know, or click my name and e-mail me,
thanks for the info , I wait for other opinions aswell, but I set to 24hr as you told me, but I would like to try fix it.
anyway thanks again.NB

Yep. Both logs look normal.
If you will note, the 2001 entries in the first log occurred when the system manufacture built the Windows ME image and are normal entries when the Windows ME OS is being built (before all devices are setup).
This part of the file was reloaded as part of the restore of a clean system from the CD provided by the system manufacture.
The second part (Nov 7 2004) continue to show that Microsoft includes two different version of a driver that uses the same Registry key. Very normal for a default Windows ME system. Not any problem.
This log only gets updated when the WinMGMT.exe program gets ran as part of starting SYSTEM Information (in System Tools) or PCHealth is ran as a scheduled task, to update the current configuration tracking, and configuration changes or errors are found and of course document when it exits it core program finishes. This tracking is only used by a few large remote network and system management services companies. And while it gets included in problem reports submitted to Microsoft, I don't think Microsoft would even look at it as they no longer support and provide fixes for Windows ME problems.
As this information is of no use to the normal user of windows, I always recommend that the PCHealth function is taken out of Startup and also out of the Scheduled Task list. But it still gets generated when System Information (MSINFO32.exe) is ran.
The real question.
Why are you even looking at this log???? (Paranoid?)
