I get the following waol after being online a few minutes "Rich Text Tool attempted to write to memory that does not exist or is read-only. It may be using an uninitialized variable, or it may be attempting to access memory after having freed it.

Can anyone help? I called (reluctantly) aol as a last resort and they, again, messed me up more than helped me.
