Use any diskette to make a copy of a Windows boot diskette on Windows system. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Startup Disk tab. Follow instruction on making a boot diskette.

Boot system with diskette. You can then run FORMAT to erase what is on any partition. Or you can run FDISK to remove all partitions and allow Linux to do its thing.

Sky-Tech, be sure that is indeed what you want before you do it. ME may suck, but it CAN be fixed. There is a lot more stuff available for Windows than Linux. Just my 2ยข worth.

Linux Mandrake, and you can add Win ME after installing Mandrake . I understand that it allows you to access Windows programs on the Linux "OS" platform . This is a good thing considering that if you want to program something for the Linux enviroment you need access to the C++ language , or even J++ ;).
