Waking up from hibernate/sleep

When my PC 'wakes up' out of either a screensaver, hibernate, or sleep modes, once in a while it makes a series of PC speaker noises, low tone and high tone, until it dies out about 15 seconds later. Any explainations? Any way to fix??
