go to http://solo.abac.com/dllarchive you might find it there i have found a few there

uninstall netsonic and i think you're problems will be over. w3knet.dll is a part of the spyware that netsonic sticks on your machine.

go to start>>run>>msconfig>>startup
take a look at that list...
is any thing from web3000 there?
it's also all over your registry.
