Volume goes to zero when play music

Hello
The problem is playing music on winamp. Each time I play a new song on winamp the wave control bar goes to zero in the volume control, thus I can't hear any sound what so ever. Its really annoying having to increase the sound back to normal each time I play a different piece.
Please help

OK this is sad. Someone suggest a solution instead of being weird. IM not being sad so i will rephrase:
