They're alot of virus in the vault but after the scan it says no infections at all, but it has 107 warnings on it so should i empty the virus vault, also will AVG remove the virus from the computer completly or let the virus rome free.

Also AVG is a dead product for windows ME now . You need to switch AV . The only one I know that still supports ME is AVAST which is a very good product also .

Vipergg is in fact correct. AVG is no longer supported on Win9x or WinME. Dead product indeed. Why would anyone trust your referral to a technical support site if you don't even know this?
