"OS: i dont know"
"CPU/Ram: I dont know"
"Manufacturer/Model: Dell"

You expect us to help you how? If you can look for any information on the case thats Say's Dell xxxx (x usually being a number) and tell us so we know what you've got.

Secondly you may not be running onboard graphics.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4...

That link will take you to a page where you can get Everst Home Edition, which allows you to scan your hardware and find out what you have.

Thirdly how can you not know what operating system you have, they all come up with a loading screen and tell when you power on the computer.

If this equals that, then why does that equal this?

... that, or they just enjoy putting "I don't know" on questionnaires

If it's a Dell (and it seems to be), consider visiting the Dell site, if it still has its 'stock' hardware

I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter.

Baseballsucka31, click START (lower left corner of screen, click RUN and type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks)and click "OK or Open". That should give you information about your: Operating System, CPU\RAM, Mfg and Model. Be sure to put this information in your posting so people can help you. Hope this will help you.
