I am running windows me.When I boot up my system I get this message:
Windows Script Host
Script. C:\Program files|support.com\clientl\server\server.vbs
Line. 23
Character. 1
Error.Active X component can't create object
Code.800A01AD
Source.Microsoft VB Script runtime error.
Can anyone help with my problem?

Did some searching on the net for you.
Go to start>>run>>msconfig
Click on the startup tab.
Do you have something called ZTgServerSwitch in that mess?It should have a path of:
c:\program files\support.com\client\lserver\server.vbsNow... what the hell it is, I couldn't tell you. Looks like it was put out by these guys:
... And... It looks like the sell their software to people like broadband cable companies and OEM companies.
Why anyone would put a Visual Basic Scipt in the startup menu... I have no idea. It makes it look like a viurs.
Do you have a cable connection to the net? If not, what kind of comuter do you have?
For now... uncheck it and uncheck Tgcmd if it is in the list.
Click apply>>ok>>reboot.
Upon reboot, you will get a prompt that says you are using selective startup to troubleshoot. Put a check in Never Show Me this again and click ok.
You should not see the error message, but I'm not quite sure what you need to uninstall/reinstall to get the "program" to work correctly.

This is also associated with Vaio Support Program if you have a Sony Vaio. Just go to add remove programs and remove the Vaio Support.
Works fine.
