Those User.exe errors usually indicate some type of spyware or another baddie installed
on your system. A lot of those attach themselves to Internet Explorer.
Run Adaware from www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

I managed to fix the problem following advice from a search on the forum which I should have done first.

the solution was add remove programs, internet explorer, option to repair.

I have had spyware like you say AllCybersearch which i have managed to remove to some extent but does return randomly se.dll there is something on the system deep down that pops up now and again that ad aware cant find, that spybot s and d
cant find either. This one is one that got away for now.

thanks for your help, nice forum nice people, what more could one want.

I am expierencing the same error message only upon shut down.

I cannot locate IE in add/remove to repair; anywhere else I can address this error.

Ive ran all sorts of adaware and spybot runs so far.
