I have just installed a usb modem. Everytime I try to use it I get the blue screen with this message 'openhci(01)+00000199 error: 0e : 0028: ff14ca39'. There is allegedly a fix for this but I cannot find it anywhere, please help.

here is one to try
Openhci.sys
username:drivers
password:all

this is on driverguide.com and was uploaded for dell computers, could help.
here is another on driverguide.com
openhci.sys
same username and password as above, was found when searching for the fix.
