Why are you upgrading to XP? Are you having problems with ME? If you are having problems with ME, then you will definitely want to do a clean install of XP, as the problems will only get worse and be almost impossible to fix. If you are not having problems, then do not upgrade. Have you done the XP compatibilty check to see how ready your system is to do an upgrade to XO regarding your hardware and software programs?

How big is your HDD & is it partitioned? You might wanna consider installing XP on your D partiton, creating a dual boot system...it's the best of both worlds
