We're on high speed and are always linked to the net. Now do we update our database when the software asks me to connect

Hi Cauline,
It has an update button located on the left side of the screen. It will update the files it can't find in your computer, there is also a resume button if you can't wait for the complete download of files

Look, one things for sure Cauline.

IF you DON'T update the virus definitions regularly, you may as well uninstall the program. It's as simple as that.

As it will be about as much use to you as a milk chocolate fireguard round a furnace on a hot day in Africa.

RTFM.

In other words, read the help files in the program, read the READMEs. And yes, fully update your virus definitions right now.

There is even an update manager tab sat there looking at you, just waiting to be pressed and itching to be looked at.

It's all there for you. Just give yourself ten and take the time to learn about the programs you use.
