I have heard that when you uninstall IncrediMail It does not fully leave your computer. Does anyone have information on the FULL uninstall of this program??

The Incredimail uninstaller certainly does NOT do anything that resembles a good uninstall. This program is incredibly intrusive and leaves registry entries everywhere.
I used JV's regcleaner which found most of the dangling entries.

Do a custom uninstall it will remove a lot but not all scan throught the registry and remove the reminants of incredimail also delete the folder incredimail in C:\Program Files and also the folder IM in C:\WINDOWS\Application Data and any in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP

Hi, if you haven't fixed problem I can help.
I use Incredimail and have uninstalled and installed it a few times.
Go to add/remove programs window from settings and uninstall from there.
Then click on start, then programs, and be sure it is removed from that list.
Then click again on start, then find, and type in incredimail.
Every folder, file, etc will come up that is connected with Incredimail.
delete it all.
Then, totally shut down computer, do not hit ctrl and delete, turn it totally off.
Then turn it back on.Go to start, find, and type in 'incredimail' again and see if any more stuff comes up, if it does, repeat as above (delete, totally turn off computer and turn back on and repeat this until you see nothing.
Let me know
