Hi I have a Tiny PC that shuts down after about 20 mins and will not restart. all fans seem to work so I can't see any heat problem. I am not used to Win M.E. could it be a M.E. fault or is it a hardware fault. Have disabled software power mangment in bios and atempted to reinstall M.E. but could not finish. system will work again after 24 hrs for 20 mins Thanks Tim

Something is overheating and failing. Try running a standalone memory test like DocMemory_v2.0 and/or MemTest86_v3.0 from their custom boot diskettes.

Hi thanks for the memory sites but dont think its a memory problem as the the PC boots from turning on the power at the wall [bypassing the on button] so it could be a fault in the switch? It then works normaly for 20 mins before unexpected shut down the PC on light remains on as does the hard disk light. The Pc will not reboot {hard or soft)for 24 hrs. Switch fault, over heating cpu or motherboard power managment fault. any ideas. Thanks
