i have a lite-on 24x cdrw drive, winme, and am using roxio cd creator 5.0 platinum. My problem is when i burn audio discs from mp3z on the harddrive, i get the "unable to write do disk in drive c:" error message. When i press any key, it goes back to writing the disk and finishes with no probs! Nero 5.5 nor ClickNBurn have this problem. Scandisk reports no problems and neither does norton utilities disk doctor.....what do you think?

Are you using CD-R disks or CD-RW, I found that I can not use the CD-RW but the CD-R work great.

To the best of my knowledge you cant use cdrw disks for audio anyway. But to answer you question, i am using cdr's.

hello you can use cd-rw,s but they dont play on most staireos. they can not read the green clor reflected back by the cd-rw disks.

i boot up windows and shortly after my computer makes this wierd noisethen a blue screen appears and it says "Unable to write to disk in drive C". I am not trying to run any cd-rw programs, just booting my cpu. the blue screen constantly reappears after i pressed "any key" then an eror says fatal exeption error has occured system may be busy. Please help me.
