hi all.. got a shutdown problem. everytime i shutdown my pc always continue to restart or standby mode. what have been wrong? tnx b4....

Normally a problem with either the system board power on control circuit or the power supply.

Do the shutdown, then at the point where the message appears telling you its safe to shut down, press and hold the power button in for at least seven seconds and see if it powers off.

Power off the system, pull all plugs from the wall so there is no power to the power supply or any attached devices and let the system set over night. Apply power and start system. Sometimes repeating this process for several days in a row will correct the problem with a failing circuit. Else your choice is to replace the which ever has failed (the system board or the power supply).
