I have two pc's both running WinMe. Last week I purchased a Belkin card reader. The paperwork that came with the unit told me I did not have to load a driver for this device. I had no probs with my main pc everything working ok. But big probs with my other. When I try to install the unit I get the message: File "USBNTMAP.SYS" not found, and it then asks for the Millenium disc, iv'e run the disc and it still gives me the same message. I checked USB Mass Storage Properties and this is what it told me: NTKERN.XVD Device Loader could not load the device driver (code 2) Help Please! Mick (UK)

You have never installed USB drive support before on that system. When it asks for the CD, use the Browse button to point to the C:\Windows\Options\Install folder. If that does not work, try the C:\Windows\Options\CABS folder. The CAB files it is looking for should be in the Install folder.
