hello you may try system restore goto start,programs,asesories,system tools,system restore chose date befor this happend. the other way is to goto hot mail sign in page click on truble signing in. and goto help and d/l the 128bit encryption and install it it will most likely tell you you allready have this install it any ways. have a nice day
