I partitioned my hardrive into 4 drives. It only shows 3 drives in windows(c,d,e) and it says wont let me access the e drive. I tried to delete the partitions but when i go to fdisk it tells me uable to access drive 1. Does any one know what i should do so i can delete the partitions and start over.

the fdisk /status shows c: and d: drives on the first drive. The C: being my primary dos and the d: my extended partition. The extended partition should have 2 or 3 other logical drives. But they are not showing. Then there is a drive 2 that shows 96 megs and 96 megs free. I dont know why it would show another drive because i only have 1 hard drive. I was trying to put win 2000 on the extended partition but it didn't work as planned. When i start win 98 it will show an e: drive under my computer, but when i try to access that drive it says device not attached or something like that. When i start my computer in dos, the ram drive is set to e:, so that couldn't be a logical drive. I've bought partition magic and installed it but when i try to run it it gives me some error. The hard drive is brand new so i know its not a bad hard drive.
