I have just installed a second HD Windows XP recognized the drive and i can access it. What i want to do is Re-partition it in NFTS not Fat32. What do i do?

What do i need to do to install a second hard drive that has a different OS? My new computer has XP and the second 60Gig is 98? What do i do?

semiprok2, ME is 98 based and that's FAT32. Don't think it's capable of even seeing NTFC. XP can, but not ME.

Do you want to just use the second drive as storage or do you want a dual boot situation?

Ed's right. Stick it back in the XP computer, format it as FAT32, and move it to the ME computer again. Or update the ME computer to 2000 or XP.;)
