My experience with tweaking programs....is they work....for the most part. The problem comes in when you want to untweak something. Or you try a tweak.....and then want to untweak that item. Eventually something gets messed up or you can untweak it. If you use tweak be careful what you do....and just do things you really want done....rather than just tweak everything to see what it does. Just a thought. I believe there is a Freeware tweaker at www.nonags that works with ME and Windows 2000 as well.

Undo hit the nail on the head. Tweak programs such as tweakUI are perfect for the computer newbie. I have been able to copy every tweak that TweakUI is able to do. There were things in TweakUI that I wanted specifically and others I didn't.I searched the web and found websites that explain how to do all those tweaks. Why lose hard drive space and clutter your registry when you can do it yourself? IF you would like to know how post back and i'll return!
