You can get the 98 version which will work on Me off of any Windows 98 First Edition CD's or you can download a cracked beta version of the Me/2000 version here:

You can get a 'Non Time Expire' version of TweakUI foe Windows Me from Powerloads Resource Pages at www.powerload.fsnet.co.uk (Its mostly for MS-DOS & Windows 3.1 But has a 95/98/Me Page!)
