I am trying to install tweak UI on windows ME. I downloaded ver. 1.33 from microsoft and all i get is a zipped file with 4 useless files in it that don't do anything. I have had it installed before but don't remember where i got it or how i made it work. If anyone knows, i would appreciate their input. Thanks.
