I am having trouble installing new fonts. Tried through the Control Panel Fonts folder and by copying with Windows Explorer to the Fonts folder. No luck. Any help?
Rick

Are you unzipping the fonts to a temporary folder then trying to install? I think that is the proper procedure. If the file is still in zipped form it won't work, I think.
How many fonts do you have already installed, there may be a limit? I don't know that, I didn't think there was a limit, but I know that over a certain amount it will slow things down, boot time and possibly bog other things down too.
I've installed a few new fonts on my machine without problem doing it that way.
You can preview a font, minimize it to the task bar and then open a word processor program and it will be available for use within the program (Word, Works etc.)
