i am trying to install a new vivitar vivicam 3620 digital camera. i follow all the instructions concerning plugging in camera, turning it on and windows should do the rest. problem is- every time windows tries to update its hardware info database it stalls. I can not get past the pop up window telling me 'windows will now update hardware info database'. I tried switching usb ports but the same thing happens. I contacted Vivitar and they sent me two device folders which did not solve problem. I think the problem is with windows not being able to update or find its hardware database. Can you please suggest some remedy? Thanks so much.LAT
