Trojan Virus and System Restore

My computer was infected with the trojan virus "navidad". Anti-virus programme has cleaned up infected files and registry, but some files in System Restore are still infected. The anti-virus programme (PC-cillin) "sees" it, but does'nt manage to isolate or delete these infected files. What do I do?

Check Symantec's web site, they have a fix for Navidad posted.

The _Restore folder is a protected operating system file... nothing can be "erased" from this folder including virii. The way to clean out the folder is to disable system restore, then reenable it. it should be cleaned out then.
to do this: right click my computer choose properties. got to the perfomance tab. click file system go to the troubleshooting tab. put a check in "disable system restore" click all the ok's until it prompts you to reboot. reboot.
