I have three files (.DAT type) in my PQSC\CPS\000034\FILES\001 folder which PCCillin says are infected by TROJ_SHUQ.B virus. These files do not appear to be replicating and i cannot delete them cause I do not have access to them. Is there any way I can delete or rename them to get rid of them?

I once found a program called trojan remover. I downloaded it in case I would need it somewhere in the futur. I didn't get any virusses yet, so I didn't had the chance to test it.
Check your mail for it.
In the readme.txt, there's some usefull info, + the link where I found it.

Your e-mail doesn't seem to be correct.
I tried again in case it was me, but if you didn't get it, mail me.
