Ihave a trojan horse V9GS1Pa06195 in my temp file(three times). Norton says is is removed but when I run a trend micro scan it shows up again. Have been through this scan/delete cycle several times but it keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it once and for all?

I recently ran a scandisc and a window popped up that said " 171802624 bytes in hidden files". What are hidden files and is that amount of bytes normal?

HIDDEN & READ-ONLY are file attributes which U can change by rt-clickng on file, select PROPERTYS, & they're at bottom.
You normaly have lots o them.
