Help! Unknown has caused an error in Unknown Unknown will now close. CDRW door opens & closes randomly. CPU freezes. Will not respond, Must Hard Reboot (even that doesn't always work, freezes again during "improper shut-down detected"). Complete Scan with Norton (updated 10/15/03) - Nothing. Ran Spybot (updated 10/10/03) - Nothing. THERE'S SOMETHING!! NEED HELP!!!!!!!! Lucky to get this posted b-4 it freezes again. Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

Go into the "safe mode" at startup(tap F8 Key during boot sequence to enter it. Run your virus scan. Go to http://www.pcflank.com/ and run their trojan scans, if it is positive download a free trial version Trojan Hunter 3, TDS, Tauscan from PC Flank to detect and clean your trojan.
