trayclnt is from your MSN Access software/dialer. It seems to give a ton of people a ton of problems.
Have a look at this post:
http://www.computing.net/windows95/wwwboard/forum/23018.htmlStart with Response #26 - Eric. The rest above is just everyone else having the same problem.
My suggestion is to ditch the MSN dialer software and just make a straight connectiod in Dial up Networking.
To do this:
In the Dial Networking folder double click Make new connection.
Call it MSN.
Plug in your access number (you should be able to obtain that from by opening your dialer software and looking at its settings).
Click finish.Right click on the connectiod called MSN and choose Set as Default connection.
Now double click on the connectiod called MSN.
Plug in your user name.
The format for this is:
MSN/username
Plug in your password.
Click connect. That should get you on the net without the dialer software.
Once it does, just use IE to browse where you want to go.If it works, and you do not get the trayclnt(not responding) promblem... uninstall the dialer software and set IE to always dial your default connection in Internet Options>>connections. That way when you double click on IE, it will start dialing.
Good luck.

I was concerned when I first go this (trayclnt not loading) I do not get an error just when hit the Ctrl Alt Delete, to see what is running, It does not seem to hurt anything by not loading, sometimes I just close it thru Ctrl Alt Delet, I hit end task does not seem to matter if you leave it or not?, I do know they do not have a fix yet and that it has something to do with your Modem, I have a Hayes internal 56, V92, and I am using Windows Drivers, mainly because the instruction I have to install drivers from Hayes are from when you install the Modem, and since then I have reinstalled Windows Me and the Modem was already in place so I just left one of these days I will find out how to install the correct drivers from Hayes, I tried it once but just goofed up everything, so did a system restore back to windows drivers and left it alone, anyway I just ignore the (trayclnt not loading) like I said it does not seem to make any difference at all every thing works fine with it not loading and with it closed. Sue If your program is stoped again hit the Ctrl Alt Delete and end the Trayclnt and see if it makes a difference on your machine.
