top button on keyboard don't work

The buttons like Connect, Search, and the Volume thingie don't work....... I checked in msconfig on the Startup tab and Keyboard Manager is not on the list :(

Is it an internet keyboard? Just asking cos I have one and the same thing happened to me so just reinstalled the software for it and it works fine now :))

Just insert the cd you got with the keyboard and follow instructions for installing the software :))

Windows ME comes with 2 system recovery disks and 1 application disk. The keyboard is on the application disk for indivdual choices, such as a keyboard. If you have none of these. No problem, HP has a updated "no ping" upgraded version of your keyboard anyways. Simply go to http://h20015.www2.hp.com/en/softwareDownloadIndex.jhtml?reg=&cc=&softitem=pv-10327-2&prodId=hppavilion44920&lc=en&sw_lang=en&pagetype=software and fill out the infoformation nessary in the SUPPORT AND DRIVERS section. and you shall have the top of the line HP keyboard of your dreams. Yeah right. Sorry Im just sick of ....in with my Windows ME. Anyhow, there is your awnser. Have a nice day. Oh you also might just need to go to control pannel-keyboard- open it and click the enable box to enable those partictular buttons, but that would be too simple. lol

Summary: I was able to get new software for my natural keyboard pro from microsoft.com downloads. I don't know if that would work for the elite, but it did work for my pro running on winME. ????...
