Too many blue screens and .dll errors!

I'm running ME, and I can't do anything without getting a blue screen! It shows up in my games, i can't get into MSN, and when i try to load ICQ I get a .dll error message! I don't know much about fixing problems with pc's. Should I re-install ME? I have no idea how to do that. If anyone has any advice or suggestions, thankyou

Winme is screaming 'reinstall ME'!!! Seriously though it's time for a clean install, by that I mean Winme only and not the recovery CD, since they usually loaded with tons of s--- from whom ever manufactured your computer. Back up all your stuff that you think id worth keeping, format and install and you should be OK. Tc -M@nny

I agree with response no. 1. BackUp all ur important data than format your harddisk than clean install Win Me.
