timing computer shutdowns

hi,i was wondering if it was possible to set my pc to shutdown say in 3 hours time or so like when im downloading a film and i go to bed and it will shutdown while im sleeping?,any help appreciated

Right click on desktop>Properties>screen saver tab. Down where the power save options are click advanced or whatever the button is. set hibernate to 3 hours. It basically turns your computer off and it will restart exactly the way it was before it shut down. thats the closest way I know of.
