I know this topic has been brought up alot but I have tried many solutions and still can't find a fix. My .jpeg thumbnails on the right side of the explorer pane, show up as icons, not images. (.bmp is fine) I am running ME - I obviously have thumbnail view already. - I tried modifying the [hkey_classes_root\.jpeg\shellex] - I ran regsvr32.exe /i shdoc401.dll ( but that came back with a LoadLibrary error) so I looked that up and it told me to run Shell32.dll since I am running ME. That updated but did not fix the problem.
