Please help I really need to recover my machine and I'm getting this error. Has my computer had it.

Is it a Packard Bell, if so you will need the hidden sector on your PC updating

This can be done by PB directly or through your warranty provider

What is a hidden sector???

I also have no warranty so what do I do.

The hidden sector is a hidden part of the hard drive that the recovery looks at to find what software it needs to install on the recovery

Contact PB on 08705 133332 to get it rewritten
