temporary internet file wont delete

If it's being used, let it alone, or delete it from safe mode if you really want ot get rid of it. Some files are just used out of Temp while you are on the net or whatever, and theyu will be recreated or redownloaded next time they are needed, but they will delete in safe mode.
Do you delete you TIF, and Cookies and recycle bin regularly also? TIF and Cookies >Tools >internet options > delete files, check the box for off line content > delete cookies > apply > ok.

Geez guys thanks a lot for that suggestions it work like magic. All I had to do was to restart in safe mode upon restart by pressing F8. And after that go to the location where the infected file was located to delete it.
